if your chili or chili analogue doesn't start with a big glass of slop like this you're objectively doing it wrong. this is 100% peppers and chicken broth, no tomato. if you are lucky enough to live far enough away from mexicans to not be able to find peppers in the store, use 1/4 cup chili powder and 1 cup broth per pound of meat.
