Why you never told me about fermenting oatmeal, /ck/??

Oatmeal changes completely when you let it ferment. Like I could tell I was eating food the way I can tell Im eating food when Im eating a hamburger. Like yeah there is some protein here, there is some fat there, theres fiber, carbs, probiotic, prebiotic.

The oatmeal becomes actual food with all of the things that make food food as opposed to to.. you know, oatmeal.

I feel like there should be a sticky at the top of /ck/. And it should say ferment your oatmeal.
