>i didn't say it was less healthy than butter
Yes you did. Pic related.

>inb4 hurr durr different person just happened to reply to you like I was the other guy lol

>you're the one setting up a comparison for fuck's sake. they're both principally fat,
Oh god.

>2017
>still thinking all fat is unhealthy

Mayo is high in healthy fats. Both mono and poly unsaturated fats. Do you need evidence that these fats are healthy for you in moderation? (everything healthy for us is needed in moderation)

>using mayo over butter because it's 'healthier' is dangerously retarded thinking.
That's not why I use it. I use it because it's tastier. But when people say it is worse for you than butter I will tell them they are wrong. Not an argument btw.

>are you gonna say 'not an argument' to everything
Every time you make a non-argument I will call you out on it. Support your claims with actual evidence.

>i've tried both and butter is superior. what now? this is exactly the stalemate situation i was talking about.
Nice lie. Anyway, in that case then you are saying in your opinion it is better. Don't call it an objective fact like you've been doing:

>butter is the top tier fat for toasting things, this is not a matter for debate, it is the toast fat.
>not opinions. there are many factual reasons why frying shit in mayo is retarded.

>inb4 hurr durr wasn't me again

>well, yes, the milk proteins and sugars in butter are famously good at browning things and the acid profile in mayo inhibits it.
Except mayo also has proteins from a source, you may have heard of it, EGGS. Confirmed for not knowing what mayo is.

> acid profile in mayo inhibits it.
Are you suggesting things with acid in them can't brown? That's objectively false. Sear a marinaded steak. Or better yet, try actually frying with mayo. It browns just fine.

>the only real argument for mayo is in spreadability
Wrong. Taste.
