Try the Genova and report back, or the KO one with herbs de Provence. I bought your one and it was not worth the premium price. Good texture, fillets flaked easily, but it was so mild, very little flavor meant that the tomatoes were the best part. I might buy it just because it’s a pretty thing to have in the pantry but wasn’t worth the cost.
