My mom doesn’t listen to me, I’m ultra autistic when making my steaks and I have all the sort of equipment and thermometers but she doesn’t care.

She never rests the meat from the fridge or pat it dry, she never browns the meat in the pan because the fire on the stove is always too low and she uses random pots. When she assembled the pastry she didn’t brush the egg on it nor she did make cuts to let the steam escape, also the quantity of prosciutto she used was laughable since there wasn’t anything else.

Should I be grateful for this? Fuck no, I laughed at her from the instant she started cooking to the very end when she was eating that trash telling us how she liked it.

She’s a woman and this kind of behaviour is not tolerable, because should have her been my wife god knows she would’ve beaten for such a failed meal.
