Either a good portion of panang curry, or this delicious crab sandwich I had at Ruby's diner on Hungtington Beach in California. It was one of the best meals I ever had. Panang curry is one of my favorite meals and I've never had a bad panang curry before.

I love Red or Panang curry (one of my top ten dishes of all time), but I never tried any other Thai food except Pad Kee Mao which was also delicious.

I have a local place near me that serves great curry dishes fortunately, but they're not Thai. Another place back in my hometown has Thai food specifically and you can't go wrong there. I hate it when they don't add enough heat either OP. It almost ruins the dish sometimes.

I can't stop thinking about it. Tomorrow I'm going to go get some of this delicious panang curry at my local thai restaurant no matter what. My craving for it has been maxed out after watching a television show talk about Penang Island in Malayasia which is where this dish originated.

Are there any dishes you are really craving right now? What are they?
