10g in my 200ml gaiwan, this is my 1st ever raw puer, cake smells like cigars and a hint of toffee, cake broke apart easily and theres some nice intact leaves compared to ripe which is mostly dust and small bits.
10sec wash, 10sec 1st cup, wet leaf smells fruity like grapes and a hint of smoke, no fish. 1st cup, thick feel, taste of grapes that quickly falls off then smokey and a dry mouthfeel, no fish taste but it is kind of meaty? the grapes only comes when breathing through the tea in your mouth. cool dry mouthfeel after swallowing.
20sec, 3rd cup, a lot drier and the sweetness has fallen off
55sec, 10th cup, same as the 3rd but more bitter.
only drank 10 cups of this. think i prefer ripe and hei cha vs this, maybe its the style of this raw vs what ripes ive tried. i'll have to try some more raws and see.
