You seem to have a hard on for James Alt that I don't intend to argue with since it doesn't seem based on reason. All you did was call him names without any examples of why his cooking is bad.

The bone I need to pick with you is why the fuck did you make it sound like being a chef is a prerequisite to being a good cook? More than half of the youtubers mentioned in this thread aren't professional chefs.
