so I would not be buying dark roast coffee beans,not Robusta and not Arabica, my personal choice is to seek 100%Arabica beans Organically grown,
shade grown, trees left to grow-not clear cut forest, song birds protected, etc etc etc, and roasted to City roasts or to medium roast, but not higher.

Of course not all coffee roasted to City or medium roast is of excellent quality but as a rule better quality green coffee beans are needed & are used
in those roasting levels, and low quality green coffee beans taste terrible in City or medium roast therefore only solution is to roast them to dark roast level
killing everything that was "living" there, all the oils,sugars,etc etc and charring that coffee bean that it becomes 'dead' inside & hazardous to your health
being carcinogenic
