I want to create the perfect fry up. I have some dry cured, smoked danish bacon, organic garlic, porcini mushrooms plus cognac for flombay, haricot beans - (which i intend to put in a) home-made roast tomato, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil sauce -- all strained to perfection through a chinois strainer. I have award-winning pork and apple sausages from a nearby butcher, I have free range, organic chicken and duck eggs from a farm nearby, I'm using decent, unsalted butter, freshly-baked parisian bread from a supermarket - which i intend to season then fry in garlic, butter and thyme, and when it's cooked, all in cast iron incidentally other than the eggs, i'm gonna cover the whole thing with freshly cracked black pepper, white truffle oil, and 60 grams of italian black truffle which I sniped on ebay.
Other than buying morell mushrooms instead of porcini, how could this be improved? Is this fry-up perfection?
