there some cheap skate recipe's for making dry rice mixes?

i know it's mostly salt, onion powder, and bullion, but

like, where do i get the par cooked dry beans and dried vegs that'll boil with rice in 20 minutes.

i want to be able to set up my own little brown bag's i can pour into a pot and cook up in 20 minutes.
