Actually came here to say lobster. It’s good, sure, but there are a dozen other seafood dishes that are in a different class altogether. Even different types of boiled seafood are better than lobster. I think the hype is that the actual animal is pretty tough, so if you’re in an area that can’t get most fresh seafood you can still get fresh lobster. If I’m making seafood (or buying it), and I’m going through the effort, I’m making blackened red fish. Have any of you fatties even eaten blackened red fish?
