Second attempt at Shakshuka. Had fun with it adding jalapenos and yellow pepper for more visual interest. Cooked the eggs just right this time and now I 'get' the dish. The texture contrast between the soft, runny eggs and the sauce is amazing.

Got it just right this time, eggs just barely cooked. The texture contrast with the thick sauce is involuntary-moan-inducing.
