I'm the cigar smoker who finally got some pipes because of the last threads. Very new, here are my notes so far; I got a starter pack from 4noggins and got some extra pipes from Missouri meerschaum and from Townsends (some historical clay pipes). Enjoyed the Thomas Blend for its vanilla-y flavors, loved smelling maple in my beard. Lane 1-Q is pretty good, better than the captain black cherry and amphora I tried. The Britt's Balkan is great, reminds me of a cigar. Melthley's or whatever wasn't that interesting.
Because I liked the Britt's balkan I think I'll like latakia.
I smoked too hard until I figured out the breath method.
