had a small place in our town that only had about 15 items on the buffet but they were all perfect and fresh cooked, not the generic Sysco style frozen stuff that most Chinese places use. They did takeout boxes at a flat rate of 7$ for whatever you could fit in the box and after years of doing it a couple times a month I figured out the perfect formula to fit the most in my box as possible whil still being able to close it. They've been shut down since April and I don't think they are coming back :.^(
