Made an omelet since my peppers looked like they were about to go bad. Didn't take a picture so this is an old one. Tonight's had no brown spots and was soft, floppy, but kept its form. Im getting better. Filling was bacon, gouda slices, onions, garlic, red bell peppers, and Fresno peppers (they are hotter than the jalapeños my local Sprouts carries).
