>MFW Inuit live long healthy lives and primarily eat meat.
Inuk here. Our "country food" diet only worked because arctic sea mammals are much richer in nutrients than your average steak, and our traditional hunting grounds offered a wide variety of different game animals-- not to mention we're highly acclimated to this particular diet.
When the Canadian government forcibly moved our communities to strategic commie-spotting locations the quality and variety of our diets were drastically reduced.

Now that we subsist on imported southern food we are all fat, toothless and near-sighted.
It's not just the sugar, swapping out seal and caribou for chicken and beef has fucked up something about our physical development and our "adult teeth" simply don't come out right if at all.
I'm led to believe that this is in some part a result of switching to a different protein source suddenly and completely in the space of a single generation after a thousand years of tradition, but the specifics are beyond my understanding.
