People who are trying to steal cash out of the tip jar will have the bartender do a bunch of complicated shit that involves not watching the bar like a hawk, and while you're in the back digging out whatever obscure ingredient they asked for, they'll scurry behind the bar like the rats they are and swipe a fistful of dollars of your hard-earned money. I feel we should be well within our rights to break people's fingers when we catch them doing this.
