Maybe l2season or cook fish in general. I'll bet money half the people slamming it have never tried it cause it's cheap or heard it's bland and nasty. That and their idea of cooking fish is baking it into jerky.

I do. I know how to cook a whole plethora of shit. But goddammit the last thing I wanna do after a long night of cooking food for other motherfuckers is get home and cook more food. Fast food and microwave shit for daaayyys.

I cook pretty nice things at work, and I rarely put a lot of effort into things I cook at home. This would have to be my vote for most proud home dish.

Oven-baked Creole tilapia fillets topped with pumpkin-cranberry pico resting over a bed of yellow rice with a side of habanero-lime tartar sauce.
