I understand people make their choices; 100% they do. If someone decides to eat like shit for years, I'll let them.
The problem arises when MANY people follow the main pattern, which in turn burdens our back-asswards health care system with lots of lardasses that have heart attacks at 50 because they ate McD's for 3 decades straight. It's not enough to say "fuck them" when every taxpayer with a health care plan gets their premiums raised by a minute amount every year.
