Probably, the host of man v food went to a restraunt for a challenge once and they dumped a whole thing of chili extract on his wings instead of just a spoonful or however much they do normally. Anyways he ends up only eating like one wing and then he had to go to the hospital because his throat was swelling up and this guy was used to eating really hot shit and doing challenges and shit. So yeah it might kill you if you cant get to a hospital
