What fucks me up is how this seems such a consistent problem. My siblings do it. My friends do it. My parents do it. My ex (in part this is why it's an ex now) did it.
For some weird-ass reason "don't take up space and blast your own music while the guy you asked to cook for you is trying to focus" is an absolutely alien concept and moreover they just flat-out don't get being asked to leave.
Like they outright pretend to not be there.
