If you're feeling like fruit and chocolate, on Christmas Eve this recipe worked well when I added some orange flavor.

>add zest of an orange, and a quarter teaspoon orange extract.
and I broke up a lindt dark orange chocolate bar to use as the chocolate chips. You could probably do without the orange extract if you want, it just adds some potency.

Is there a good place to start for a decent quality bourbon? I've had Wild Turkey and it was okay, but I'm curious what a better example of bourbon would be like. Some say Maker's Mark, but a lot of others decry it.
