When did you realize all these food vloggers are government propagandists?

Nothing they do is organic traveling. They don't ever bother to add disclaimers that their videos were government sponsored.

You think these food vloggers are risking their lives, eating at sketchy places in dangerous countries but off camera, there's probably an armed bodyguard or government employee making sure everything is perfectly run.

It just makes you question everything. If Food Ranger and Mark Wiens didn't bother to disclose they got sponsored by Pakistan, then it makes you wonder if the Chinese government might have funded some of their videos as well.

The only thing separating them from Food Channel employees was authenticity but that is now thrown out the window.

I just can't relate to these food vloggers anymore. No wonder why they never admit if the food is shit or not. They are probably afraid they would get their passports taken away.

Is there anything more lower than a possible government funded food vlogger?

What we thought was originally organic traveling like these vloggers actually wanted to travel to countries like Pakistan in order to vlog about the local food ends up probably being revealed to be all government funded.

How come these food vloggers never bothered to add disclaimers somewhere in the video where they were being possibly paid to vlog positively about these countries?

Is this a reason why they never really criticize the food they eat in certain countries?

Afraid to lose their government funding and photo ops with the local government?

People on /ck/ did wonder why Food Ranger and Mark Wiens kept posting so many Pakistan food videos lately in the past but nobody would dream it was possibly all government funded.

How could /ck/ never put two and two together?

This just shatters the previous conception I had about food vlogging. I honestly did think these food vloggers were actually putting their lives at risk, eating food at pretty risky countries but it turns out, they are likely armed bodyguards off camera or government employees off camera, making sure everything is perfect.
