Try the biscuits. When I was in college I used to stop by and just get a half dozen biscuits a couple times a month.

I walked in the door this evening getting home from work and my house smelled like a thai restaurant. So much success. Tears of joy in my eyes brothers.

I'm glad I verticalled what I did so I can do it again when I run out of frozen batches of leftovers in a couple months.

Probably took about 15 bucks worth of ingredients to make about.. 10 servings. At least 6 of which are frozen now and will last me at one a week through april or may. At the thai joint down the street they want 12 bucks for a plate of red chicken curry, so the way I see it. I cooked one meal and paid 15 for it, now I get the next 10 for free. And no joke, this stuff is restaurant quality, best I have ever made.

The bamboo shoots have really mellowed over the last day. Left overs tonight were AMAZING.
