Le pâté lorrain gros !

To all you ladies and gents, this is basically a meat pie, but the crust is flaky. The exterior is crusty and layers peel away at the touch, while the interior is tender and melts in your mouth. Same texture as a croissant really, but savoury.
Inside that crust is a filling made with diced pork marinated for a long-ass time in white wine with herbs, mainly parsly, thyme, garlic and a bit of pepper. All of this is cooked in an oven and served hot with a salad.
