This so much. Donuts are a huge staple of Tims and they haven't figured out how to fix this. Really shows how little they care about quality

Staff are slow, long lines, horrible customer service, always out of 10+ things, stops serving soup after 9 pm, bland food, shitty coffee.

Honestly, McDonalds beats Tims in every way. I have no idea why so many people love to go there.
