these are some $1 tacos al pastor I get quite frequently, in /houston having a basic $1 taco is how they compete, most all trucks have them, they arent huge and usually just come with meat onion and cilantro and salsa and usually a side of grilled onions and peppers, some places even give free charro beans with every order

Im OP and I post the majority of the mex food, I live in TX and if you don't at least try to take advantage of the positive parts of drowning in mexicans then youre doing it wrong.
