What's the best way to make some quick and dirty Indian food?

British curry is nice but most Americans dislike it because they cannot handle spicy food.

For some bizarre reason Americans think they eat hot food all the time and that Brits eat very bland food, but the American version of 'hot' is a vinegary 'hotsauce' that is mild as fuck.

British curries are so hot that native Indians have trouble eating them.

I took an American friend who bragged about eating hot food for an Indian meal in the UK, I ordered an extra spicy Vindaloo and he ordered the same. He would NOT listen when I told him it was very hot, he claimed we Brits were not used to 'real heat'. He actually started crying because he couldn't finish the food, it was too spicy for him.

I like Americans, but they really cannot handle hot food like we Brits can.
