Forgot to add I add a tsp of nutmeg and half a tsp cinnamon to the batter in addition to using a full cup of eggnog instead of 3/4 cup.
Also added 1/4 nutmeg and cinnamon to the crust. Taste-wise it was incredible.
Dunno what I'm going to do about the second one I just made though, as mentioned. Is there any way I can salvage it after such a blunder? When I take it out of the springform tomorrow, depending on how bad the damage is I may try to slice off the top 3rd of the cake and make another crust and just put it on top and have a very thin cheesecake. I just don't know.
