I've two recipes. Both use Franks hot buffalo sauce.

Franks website says to cook wings first, then coat in franks sauce and cook again until sticky and browned.

Another recipe says to marinate them overnight in a mixture of franks sauce and honey. Next day, drain marinate and cook wings. Drain any liquid from pan, add the drained marinade back and cook until sticky.

Any idea which is the best way? Time is not an issue.

I love buffalo wings. What is the best place to actually order them from? Buffalo Wild Wings seems obvious, but looking at their website, all they have is buffalo dry seasoning and not sauce (?). So are there any other places that sell buffalo wings that are decent?

I know it sounds stupid but I honestly don't really know the best place to buy wings if I want to take them home....Any chains have good wings?

Is there any cuisine in your city/country that is known by a different name than it is in the rest of the world?

For example, here in Buffalo these are just called "wings" instead of "Buffalo wings," and it's called "sauce" instead of "Buffalo sauce."
Might be a bad example, but does anyone have anything else?
