I live in the PNW. I've seen pork roll featured on cooking shows so I thought I'd give it a try. Found a small package at the local Fred Meyer, so I bought it, even though is was $12. Sliced it and fried it like I've seen on TV, served it on an egg sandwich.

Oh my God that shit is salty, like twice as salty as Spam. How do you guys eat that crap?
