ive been living off a vegan-ish diet for the past 2 years. once in a while i get a burger from mcdonalds or buy a steak but for the most part its just grains, fruits, vegetables and spices. Hers the things i noticed
>i dont feel as saturated or irritable, this stopped after 2 months of not eating meat in general. i quit milk or most dairy out of my diet too so acne is practically gone except when i drink energy drinks i break out the next day.
>lost alot of weight and skin feels tighter and less blemishes.
>feel alot more agile and alert more naturally. but this is probably because my diet has more water in it so im doubling on water content to flush things out.
>i saved a shit ton of money just buying bulk rice, beans, or grains. i make alot of veggie meat so a big bag of flour or whatnot goes a longer way. 5 dollars for a pound of meat would typically a person 2 days where that same 5 dollars can go to make seitan for 4 days at least.
>my stomach doesnt gurgle or acid reflux is practically gone. i dont feel like shit or crashing after i eat.
>i still drink every now and then but my hangovers arent as severe and my anxiety is down
>no vitamin or mineral deficiency as of yet.
>my dick is harder than ever and alot fuller.
>food does become bland after the 3rd month. so im practically spending more on spices than anything else, mainly peppers and bases, but no sugars. my palette is super sensitive to sweetness now. sodas taste like shit now.
>of the few times i ate meat after a few months into the new diet, i noticed the texture was too chewy and greasy. mcdonalds burgers were still good but most of the sell in any type of meat market was not the meat but how saturated it is in salt or spices. salt can make anything taste great and now the veil was lifted.
>my teeth dont have that corrosive feel to them anymore and my bones feel less hallow since i cut most dairy out of my diet. i still use butter every now and then but its a canola oil mix.

Going vegan is the easiest thing and the best thing I ever did for my health and wellness.

>cheap
>don't kill animals
>Loose weight the right way
>not putting processed shit in your body
>Smaller footprint on the world
>Easy to maintain

Why don't people ever give it a try and see how it changes their lives for a month? I Guarantee that it will make a huge difference in that time frame.

Vegan couple sentenced to life over baby's death

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/18574603/ns/us_news-crime_and_courts/t/vegan-couple-sentenced-life-over-babys-death/#.Vyk6t0cwB1A

> ATLANTA — A vegan couple were sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for the death of their malnourished 6-week-old baby boy, who was fed a diet largely consisting of soy milk and apple juice.

>Superior Court Judge L.A. McConnell imposed the mandatory sentences on Jade Sanders, 27, and Lamont Thomas, 31. Their son, Crown Shakur, weighed just 3 1/2 pounds when he died of starvation on April 25, 2004.

>The couple were found guilty May 2 of malice murder, felony murder, involuntary manslaughter and cruelty to children. A jury deliberated about seven hours before returning the guilty verdicts.

>Defense lawyers said the first-time parents did the best they could while adhering to the lifestyle of vegans, who typically use no animal products. They said Sanders and Thomas did not realize the baby, who was born at home, was in danger until minutes before he died.

>But prosecutors said the couple intentionally neglected their child and refused to take him to the doctor even as the baby’s body wasted away.

If your homo lifestyle can't keep a baby alive, then it isn't healthy.
