I'm a professional now and that shit don't happen. I spent years in school, took a required test for employment. Spent 4 years as a graduate in training. Took a professional test. Now making good money, working with people that were vetted by the same standards. OP, you're in college. It will get better when you finish, just remember that you are transitioning and don't worry about the shitty people. Put in the hard work and you'll be done with them.
