Mostly I was just following a recipe, but I like to cook garlic and onions to start. What order would you recommend? Because yea it makes sense to me to integrate the meat better.

go figure. I ended up adding a little mayonnaise (don't hate me) and it served it's purpose well.

Overall I'd give this recipe a 6/10, easy but I feel like there's a lot missing compared to curries I've had in the past.
