Texas chili con carne is real chili. So is chile Colorado. Everything else is bullshit.

I start with this recipe, with some different seasonings and corn starch/flour instead of masa. I also add a can of pic related. It tastes delicious. The chuck is tender and flavorful, and the broth tastes like pure concentrated chili and beef, as it should. I serve it over rice with a garnish of kidney beans. It takes hours to make. It can't be made in 20 minutes like your shit-ass 'chili'. It takes time for the chuck to break down and tenderize, but it's worth it. Have fun with your quickie slop-o-shit. I'll continue to enjoy real, delicious chile con carne.
