This may sound silly, but are aphrodisiacs a meme or are they real? I'm going out on a date to a nice restaurant by the beach (so seafood is definitely available) and I'd really like to 'get lucky' when I get back to my place if you know what I'm trying to say.

So is it true that some foods create a hyperactive libido or something along those lines in the person who consumes it? Is it like pheremones? From what I can tell, something like Oysters is an aphrodisiac and the restauarant definitely serves them, but I know my date doesn't like shellfish at all because she got violently sick when she ate bad Clam Chowder as a kid, so is there some way I could sneak it into her meal? Could I ask the front desk to tell the chef to put Oyster in my and my date's dishes discretely? Or should I hope and pray that my date has to go to the restroom at some point during the date and then make my move by quickly mashing up Oysters in my own dish and placing it on hers and mixing it up so she is none the wiser? We're meeting at my place before I drive her there, should I insist she drinks a lot of water before we leave my place so the chance of a necessitation of a urinary release at the restaurant is at a higher chance of occurring?

And if there is any more info you guys have on more aphrodisiacs and how they work or howto put Oysters in my date's food, please let me know.
