I’ve started OMAD recently but yesterday my dad told me that it wasn’t healthy to eat so much after I ate 1300 tots calories of grilled chicken thigh/legs along with a protein shake since I need to hit at least 160g protein. When I explained to him that it was the only meal I’ve had that day he broke out into a starvation mode rant.
