For me its:
. chicken (small chunks no bones, can fit like 4 of them at once in your mouth)
. bamboo
. chinese shrooms
combined with
. just fucking rice
It is delicious, BUT the fuckers barely get it right cause, too little chiken, some times tendons on the chicken, etc. But it is hands down one of my favorite dishes not only of chinese cuisine but of all.
