for me it's my breakfast stack
i have a kenwood mixer to grind up sausage meat and smoked bacon to form into patties, seasoned with salt, pepper, smoked paprika
then i cook everything in a skillet, which is then stacked as follows
mini omlette, hash brown with grated potato and onion, burger cheese slice, meat patty, sweet pancake topped off with some brown sauce or syrup, encased in a brioche bun
