hey guys lately i want to go vegan and im wondering if any of you could let me have some recipes i just turned 18 2 weeks ago and moved out of my house ive been thinking about this since i was 15 but the way my family is it wouldve never happened so any recipes are fine and the spicier the better

/fa/ here. After putting on more weight than I planned to in a month, I've decided to cut a lot of excess foods from my diet, and go minimum. I have a nutrition plan worked out, but one of the main ingredients I want to use is Tofu. Problem is, I have no goddam clue how to cook it. I'm not a master co/ck/sucker, but I'm proficient enough, but seeing as how my family is full of Italian meat eaters, I have no clue how to make something like this.

Does anybody have any good recipes? I know how to make Miso Soup, but thats just heating up the fucking thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

what everyone should have

I have NEVER touched Tofu before in my life and in general I usually really don't like Asian cuisine.

Anything I should need to know about it? What does Tofu even taste like for that matter?

I'm curious about getting some deep fried or deep frying some myself and trying it like that.
