I just turned 21 and I'm bartending at an AMC theatre right now, I've been at it for a month or so and I enjoy and I like how well it pays (I make about 500 a week in tips) but I want to learn more and hopefully earn more at a more legit bar, as our theatre bar is pretty small and not really a serious "bar" so my question is where should I apply next and how do I improve my bartending game? Should I work at a place like Applebee's or should I go for a more serious dive bar? Will they hire a bartender with only a few months experience? If not how do I get hired without much experience?

I go back to school in the fall but man this is a great summer job, idk why more people don't do it (most people tell me they don't because of social anxiety, which makes me thankful that I've never had that)
