Is there any way to safely store fresh or cooked chicken breast for extended periods without freezing it? The freezer is crammed full of shit and I have a ton of chicken that's gonna go bad if I dont do something.

Cook and store it in brine in the fridge, I was thinking? I just need it to last for two weeks until the busy season picks up
