ever try making mashed potatoes from B-red potatoes with the skin included ? It's my favorite.

We used to make a lot of different kinds of mashed potatoes depending on what the main dish was.

some I can think of off hand:
sour cream & chive potatoes
cheddar garlic mashed potatoes
ranch style mashed potatoes (yuck)
