Most folk forget the masa harina but it adds something decent to chili, if using it add it as a slurry near the end of cooking, like 15 minutes or so before done. If not added as a slurry then it'll clump up and becomes a pain in the ass.

You left out the masa harina, make sure to add it as a slurry or it'll clump up and that's a pain in the neck to deal with.

This masa harina is really good in chile, only if done in a slurry otherwise it clumps up.

I get this Red Mill one, its worked out so far and no bugs yet. I get the 22oz size and it fits nicely into a ziplock bag. They have blue also.
