Try it out for sure, the natural sugars from fruits and vegetables curve pretty much all cravings for sweets. Also you’ll need to acquire a taste for dairy if you don’t already have one. I go through milk like crazy but I really don’t mind since the money I spend on gallons of milk fits in my budget since I stopped buying so much excess processed food. Beans are another great source of protein

Also what this anon said. Really as a general rule of thumb stay away from heavily processed foods and fast foods. Home made food is a lot better for you. Also start out slow when you cut out food intake. Start out by going down just 100-200 calories a week that way to don’t cravings as bad. Also work your way up to workouts. Take a walk outside, do some simple body weight stuff at home. Don’t expect yourself to be able to just completely 180 on diet and fitness it takes time
