They're heavily seasoned with aromatic spices, alliums and peppers. There's ginger, scotch bonnet (fruity and smoky), allspice, thyme, beef broth, and breadcrumbs to make it kinda moist and pasty. Insanely delicious, if you can find the brand in pic related, definitely pick one up, and imagine how much better they can be when fresh. It's unlike any other cuisine in terms of flavor, if you're imagining Indian or other cumin-ey profiles you're way off. It's just "tropical".
