first time I heard about this I knew there was something to it, because it reflected my experiences.

The Satvic foods are basically foods that you can eat at any time--you don't need to feel hungry in order to eat them comfortably.

The Rajasic foods are the same, but unlike the Satvic ones they're super addicting.

The Tamasic foods are sort of heavy and you need to be feel very hungry in order to eat these comfortably. For example, I could eat infinite amounts of shrimp, fish, and chicken, but if I eat just a half pound of beef I'm done.

>There isn't one kind of meat that from the USA that is highly regarded outside of USA.

This. It's hard to overstate just how MASSIVELY tasteless murimutts are. The USA is a continent of literal free welfare farmland every-fucking-where.

Despite this, it was JAPAN, a country with literally 10x LESS LAND PER PERSON AND SMALLER THAN CALIFORNIA, that developed wagyu/kobe beef, the gold standard for marbled beef. South Korea gets an honorary mention with Hanwoo.

Iberia of course has Iberico pork, and there are similar breeds across southern Europe.

The US, despite having a literal fucking free continent of free shit, has done absolutely nothing to make food quality better. Martsharters are subhuman.
