Who decided to call iron pan seasoning that, that has to be the dumbest choice of verbs to use and completely misleading to what the process actually is. You could just say coating the iron in oil, or lacquering the iron.

does oranges turn bitter when heated/fried/baked?
i've tried twice to do something with orange juice and oranges for my fried rice, both time quite unsuccessful. once in the rice cooker, and once in the fryingpan. id there some chemistry magic at work here?
