They do a dish which to me seems disgusting but people rave about it. It's basically a ham and cheese toastie with some sort of sauce. Looks like decent drunk food, don't understand how you could eat it under any other circumstances.

It's a Portuguese sandwich made with sliced bread, cured ham, linguiça, chipolata, sliced steak, and covered with melted cheese and a hot thick tomato and beer sauce.

I've eaten at probably half a dozen Ethiopian restaurants, and I've only ever seen tan injera. I'll have to ask if they have purple next time.
